Yoga and the patch
Lately I've been doing yoga in an attempt to help my old, arthritic joints. Today I did it while still in my pajamas. After having two children, doing "downward facing dog" without a bra is the scariest fucking thing I've ever witnessed.

Lately I'm amazed at how mature Emma looks! I still think of her as a baby/toddler...
