Can you believe it?

My boy and the rest of his Mets teammates made it to the little league playoffs. Each night this week they played and each night was "if we win tonight, we play tomorrow", and they kept on winning. I just never expected that on Kyle's first baseball experience. He thought it was quite cool. Tonight was the final game and it was kind of nice because there was only one other game being played, so tons of parking and no line for the concession stand. They played really hard, and kept the other team (who they has lost to twice previously)from scoring the last four innings, but they still lost by 2 runs. They thought second place was pretty cool as they got silver medals and their names announced. Here are a couple of pictures of the team and their medals:
